I oversaw the comprehensive UXUI design, branding, and marketing design from initial planning to service launch, enabling the Chinese K-12 edtech unicorn platform VIPKid to successfully enter the Korean education market. I established a brand identity tailored to the Korean market and continuously optimized the UX/UI based on user feedback after launch to enhance the overall brand experience.

For VIPKid's entry into the Korean market, I developed a brand awareness enhancement strategy and executed a UXUI redesign that localized the Chinese service for Korean users. Considering cultural and social differences, I improved the user experience for Korean parents and children through UXUI design, while strengthening brand affinity through character development and event campaign design. This strategy provided a foundation for VIPKid's stable growth in the Korean market.
