We analyzed various calendar products to identify and address pain points in existing calendar apps. Specifically, we focused on improving usability issues during view transitions by creating a prototype. After in-depth UX analysis of multiple calendar applications, we replaced the traditional button-centered navigation with gesture-based interactions.

Gesture-Based Calendar Interface
We implemented a gesture-based interface allowing users to switch quickly and intuitively between date and schedule views. We significantly improved the intuitiveness and transition speed between daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly calendar views, while also focusing on dynamic transitions between schedule lists and detailed content views.

User-Centered Calendar UX Improvement Process
