Xing Xing, a traveler from Stam Planet, arrives on Earth (Sichuan, China) after losing his home. He falls in love with the land and its people, puts on a panda suit, and rides Lingo Bus to explore, make friends, and share culture.

Based on this concept, the character was created, and the Lingo Bus was developed as an IP. Additional friend characters were also designed to expand the universe.
